Replied to the PM's. I should reiterate that I have a car already on the way over to me, so as far as trades, Ill still take anything that has a trade in value of around 150k, but otherwise will just need the cash at this point. This deal will be going through my Porsche dealer so I can get trade credit towards the next car as well.

I'm curious... how does this work? Do you have a friend at a local dealership that is willing to do this for you or is it common practice? I assume the dealership doesn't make any money on the transaction or am I missing something obvious? I'd love to sell all my cars through a dealership if I can use the proceeds as trade in credit to avoid sales tax on the next car

Well, car is getting listed nationally later this week. I will still honor my price here on Rennlist if a rennlister wants the car, but it will be listed for approximately 10k more and will not include the extra set of wheels. (Will still include in deal to R-lister)

To me, this listing proves the current run up in Porsche gt3 prices are collectors more than enthusiasts. Another asset bubble to go alongisde the stock market and real estate. This car is freaking awesome, but the fact it can't sell for a fraction of other gt3's is ridiculous.
If I could afford it, I would have this car!

Thanks! This car is really not a great example of a collectors bubble car so I'm not shocked at all that it's not following the same curve. However, the current price has brought the right amount of people to the car and I'm expecting the car to be sold this week. (The car was also listed on the dealers website officially yesterday, so it pops up on all online listings for RS searches). Shouldn't be long!

yeah, the market is being propped up by collectors so the variance between car to car is staggering. i'm sure this will go relatively soon.
