What's an appropriate selling price?
An odd question I suppose, but my research gives me no results.
Selling my 2015 ATC 20' all-aluminum Raven. It's their base trailer at 2300lbs curb weight.
I finished the interior walls, laid down a no slip surface on the floor, wired for electricity (shore power input on front fascia) into 2 circuit box (each powering 4 110 outlets). Added a couple of simple cabinets up front, built a full width shelf up front, built "cubbies" on upper right side at the ceiling, and a smaller singular "cubby" at the upper left rear.
What does one of these sell for 2 year old?

IMHO only having 110V requires either shore power or a generator. Either is limiting at the track or the storage location.
I also think that doing work inside the trailer is limited due to the size and the mods, especially if loaded.

Where in CO are you? Brighton Trailers has your base model listed for around $10k new.
I saw a comparable optioned used trailer (although about 8 years old) at Parker trailers for $7k. IME trailers go for a higher price in CO than other places for some reason.

ATC all-aluminum. About 2300# curb weight. Bought new in 2015.
Ram Jack 3500.
Radial tires - no bias-ply nonsense. Spare in trailer.
Wired for shore power (30 AMP). I did the wiring.
Deck covering is a Home Depot 10x thickness deck paint. Works great - pretty resilient.
E-track throughout - surface mount.
small cubby I built to store spare axles.
walls are plywood - painted white - not insultaed
More cubbies I built to store brake pads, air filters, rotors, etc.
2 circuits
janky Husky cabinets, but serve a purpose and do it well.
shelf runs the width of the trailer above cabinets and electrical outlets. General lightweight storage.
