Here's a partial list of improvements:
Coolant lines welded
GMG roll bar
Carbon Fiber GT2 seats!
Forgeline (and factory) wheels
Schroth harnesses
Sharkwerks center muffler bypass and 88mm tips
GT3RS clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, pulleys, etc
997 RSR rear lower control arms
997 Cup rear tie rods, mono *****, bushings
GT Gears (Guard) diff internals
Hard-wired for Valentine 1 radar detector
iPhone interface
Nice floor mats, tow hooks, etc
Mechanical work done by Chris Cervelli. Electronics, seat and harness installations by excellent dealer technicians.
Upon researching 997.1 GT3 values, we figure the car, unmodified, would be worth $90-95k. Asking $.50 on the dollar for about $40k of extras.
$104,900
Car is located in Denver, CO

Owner has asked me to pull ad. Will do so within a week. Will re-list in the spring.
Had it out for about 100 street miles and 4 laps at High Plains Raceway to show to a potential buyer last month. The car is awesome (even on street tires) and drives as a GT3 should! Wish I could justify (and have space for) a 3rd Porsche!
