After 9+ years of pleasurable ownership, I'm considering to sell my 2007 911 Turbo. I am the original owner of this car - it was optioned & ordered by me. It's in pristine condition, has been well-taken care of, well-maintained (everything is up to date as of last week) and has rarely been out of my sight. Aside from me, the only ones that have driven the car are the mechanics at my local Porsche dealer. The factory options are listed on the build sheet; in addition to those, I added clear side-markers, Dension iPod connector (located in the trunk) & paint protection film on the front bumper within a couple of weeks of taking delivery (I think the car had been driven only 500 miles at the time). There are no dings, no scratches, no curbed-wheels & no accident damage. It was detailed by me for its entire life and I always request the dealer doesn't wash it when it's in for service. The miles are mostly highway & canyon runs - it's not my daily driver but I commute in it from time to time (15 miles each way, against traffic flow so no bumper-to-bumper). In terms of longer trips, the car has been to San Francisco, San Diego & Las Vegas a few times and it has performed impeccably. The mileage is current as of 10th September 2016 but I intend to continue driving it in the same way I've always driven it so I expect the miles will creep up in due course. I have attached a few photos of the exterior & interior of the vehicle but if anyone wants additional photos or more information, please don't hesitate to ask. Thank you!

Clearly well cared for. Love that you request the dealer NOT to wash it...I do the same thing. I never let any dealer wash my car. Which makes me laugh because I know people who's cars only get washed when they are at the dealer. Anyway, GLWS.

I tried to send you a private message but the computer said no. Anyway, let me know what else you want to know about the car and I'll do my best to answer your questions.

Thanks for your interest,

Joe.

For some reason the message function is acting up for me as well

Anyways, some of the questions I have are as follows:
- what condition is the clutch in? (Replacement needed soon?)
- what condition are the tires?
- if the fluids were changed, what fluids were used?
- has the car ever been modified?

**ball park price?

@ shopskamo

1. I have no objective assessment of the clutch to offer you. Take up is smooth and there is no slippage under power. I have been driving manual transmissions my whole life (starting at age 13). I do not abuse this car. In my opinion, the clutch is fine and has many miles/years of life left in it.
2. The tires are fine. All 4 tires were replaced 8000 miles/3 years ago. I got 20k miles out of the original set. I included a photo of the driver-side rear tire in the ad. I can take photos of the other 3 tires if you want.
3. Fluids were changed at the Porsche dealer for the entire life of the car, so everything is as recommended by Porsche. Most recently, on 2nd September 2016, the engine oil (Mobil 1, 0W40), brake fluid & front differential clutch fluids were changed. In addition, spark plugs and engine & cabin air filters were changed at that time. The engine drive belt was replaced 2 years ago.
4. The car has not been modified, unless you count the clear side markers (originals included in sale :-), Dension iPod connector & paint protection film on the front bumper.

Asking price is at the top of the ad.

Cheers!

Thank you so much for the prompt and thorough response.

Sorry about the price question, I think my system was acting a bit goofy.

If things are favorable on my end I will be in touch. If not, I wish you the best in selling.

Cheers

Lots of for car for the $$$.. That is why I love these cars.. Fair price, too low if you ask me. Manual, clean 997TT are getting harder to find, just a matter of time until they appreciate. The new GT3 RS is amazing, but it is also 5 TIMES the $$$.. 80k vs 300k... Rather have my old turbo and the $$ in my pocket.

Are you getting a commission? Hopefully at least 5%.

And if you find a dealer with an open allocation for a GT3 RS, you will likely pay
closer to 3x the $80k price being asked. Some 900 mile pre owned are selling in the $240s (and that is before negotiating).

The OP has a beautiful car but lets not comment on pricing because it opens the door on pricing commentary.
