2003 Arctic Silver 911 Turbo 6 speed manual with 67053 miles and will not be going up soon as it's November in Chicago. Topped up with fuel and plugged into a battery tender.

I really enjoy this car a lot and I am selling it with a bit of hesitation. It drives extremely well, very solid and with no issues. Also extremely quick! I have not tracked or autocrossed it, however, the previous owner did do a couple of track days in it.

Purchased last winter, however, I want to move back to NA and RWD. Most likely a 40th anniversary 911 or up to a GTS if I can swing it. The previous owner only had it a short time as well, but needed to focus on his SCCA race program. I have put about 2500 miles on it and have had zero issues with it. I really do love it, but honestly, I could do with 150 less HP or so. Simply because the power is addictive and I seriously do not want to be a felon every time I am out it in. I also want to do some track days, but a heavier faster car is going to go through consumables more quickly, which means more time on maintenance which I simply do not have.

Comes, all books, manuals, both keys and with a very detailed spreadsheet of records going back to the original owner. I believe I am the 4th owner. It lived in Florida for the first 6 years and 50k of its life. Then Texas and Oklahoma before coming to Chicago earlier this year. I had it shipped up here and it lived in the garage until April and as mentioned it has been put away for the winter. It has never seen snow or salt and honestly, I tried not to drive it in the rain too often. Since 2009, it has seen about 2000 miles a year on average.

The exterior is in very good shape but not free from defects. Currently has a couple of door dings. One on the a-pillar and another on the left front fender. Both hard to notice unless you are looking for them. Also some chips on the lower passenger side towards the rear. Will include pictures of these.

I do not have 100% of the receipts. None from the original owner and I have not had time to go through the two folders of other receipts.

I did run a CARFAX and it was clean. Sadly I did not download it, so you will have to run one.

Attached is a snap shot of the PPI report I received before I purchased it. I did replace the center radiator and was told the leaks were very minor on the spoiler. The spoiler does operate perfectly and I have not found evidence of more leaking, but obviously it does need to be addressed as they do not repair themselves.

Type 1 over-revs – 32787 – Software increases the rpm limit
Type 2 over-revs – 459

Countless threads out there about this subject that I read intensely and decided it was not a big deal.

I have been on Rennlist for quite a long time and plan to be here a long time, so have tried to include everything I know about this turbo. That said, inspections, questions and more questions are highly welcome! Also if there is something else you would like to see, I will try to get a pictures as soon as I can. It is securely covered and kind of a process to uncover it. Especially the interior, engine bay and frunk.

email is my screenname here @aol.com or call/text 224-622 eighty nine hundred

Thanks for looking!

Yes, so wish the roads were not covered with salt - the 996 would be a blast in the snow!

Some more pictures. Sorry for the low quality. Some snow here, so could not take these photo's outside, which required a flash. This resulted in the carbon in most of the pics (especially the center console) game out with a green hue which is simply not there. I grabbed on blurry shot without flash which better shows the color.

Best shot of the real color

crack in carbon

LOVE THE PEDALS!! They feel and function great. They do not look to bad either! ;-)

Built in ZR4 - also hardwire and mount for Escort Radar Detector
