Pfaff strikes again. Lawyer up. You're completely getting the shaft.
Is Pfaff in QC now or did you buy the car in Ontario? If the latter, consider suing in small claims court here, where the limit is $25k.
That said, a threatening letter from a lawyer may very well be all you need to get the car fixed properly.

I agree, get a lawyer to write a letter. Make sure it clearly outlines your position and willingness to engage. Sounds like this car should have never been CPOed in the first place.
But that is only if you want to have the engine rebuild car on your hands. Consider the diminished value of such a car. Perhaps option 1 is your best choice. Get a new set of proper tires installed (cheaper if you do it) and demand a full purchase price back. I would rather spend some extra money and find another car than having this car with the engine rebuilt (thats assuming they will pay for it and your legal fees). Just my $0.02

I agree with the OP, get your money back. Going to court is expensive and you are never sure of the outcome. Besides the courts are so backed up, it could take a year or two to resolve your case.

I'm not sure a fully rebuilt engine diminishes the value by that much. I understand the court delays but frankly given how they have treated me I kinda feel like giving them hell and am willing to be patient. Pfaff has been dishonest and Porsche Canada would rather screw me over to keep Pfaff happy.
Letter from a lawyer spelling out how they will give you market value (not black book or whatever they use on trades) should do the trick.

If it is only oil leak from from RMS then I wouldnt bother. They all leak.
If it is something else I would get lawyer.
Replacement crank case in not uncommon in these cars if something is wrong from the factory.
FYI, my RS had a RMS leak when it went in for its last warranty inspection and they didnt fix it. "only noted it".
They claim that because it had a brand new Cup center muffler it caused the RMS leak...
Classic.
I gave them **** for it and they said bring it back but i had already left the country with the car.
The leak went away with hard driving. But sometimes would appear after long term storage.
I just did a clutch and a new RMS was installed. No biggie.
Just make sure you only have a small RMS leak and nothing engine related.
Here is my typical winter leak:

I don't know about the car issues but as far getting a lawyer to write a letter that might well result in the dealer immediately referring it to their lawyer. At least thats what happened at a previous employer. If I got a letter from a lawyer then I was instructed to immediately hand it off to corporate who would refer it to legal and until instructed otherwise I should not have any contact with the aggrieved party.
