That means you can trade in the car today and still save the tax as long as the new vehicle is delivered within a year from trade in.

i am sorry to hear this; how can options 2-3 even be legal?? i mean option 3 pretty much states that they are fully aware that they're engine is crap but they want to remove their cpo warranty (and hence responsibility) knowing you will never get it fixed via a third party warranty (that they will 'kindly' arrange) ... o/w why would they even make such a threat??

my spidey sense smells a nick murray viral video coming.

So in other words they let their dealers sell cpo's that turn out to be worthless and they don't care? great way to support their brand.

Hi Inrev,

I'm sorry to hear your story. You have 1 year to get your taxes back. I'm from Quebec.

I don't know squat, but I had a insurance claim on my house denied and I contacted the government insurance ombudsman and they explained to me all of my rights.
After they armed me with this knowledge my insurance company approved the claim.
Wouldn't your insurance company have to play by the same rules?

Good luck on finding a resolution OP. If you plan on keeping the car long term and enjoying it then its worth fighting to get what you deserve.
Hi all,

Not to hijack the thread but that Orange PTS RS did actually achieve CPO and was sold shortly after... Btw, go-ran, what minor mods would you have suggested to make it look better?
