Default STOLEN 911 RACE CAR COLUMBIA S.CAROLINA from HOTEL LOT
UPDATE> FOUND IN 24 hours and recovered by Columbia South Carolina police. thanks to all who put the word out. Details to follow.



STOLEN RACE CAR last night 5/13/2015 between 12 am and 5 am in COLUMBIA SOUTH CAROLINA 1967 911 with 2.0 liter race car enroute to Summit point out of the Days Inn hotel parking lot. They tried to steal trailer, then took car and tools, no headlights , open exhaust. this is a full on track beast not a street car. INFO and REWARD including public flogging.

I hate seeing these even more then crash stories. Any video from the hotel? Good luck.

Agreed, stories like this are just brutal. Was at Road Atlanta with some friends last weekend and tow vehicle windows was smashed at our motel parking lot - thief took every little thing in there, but fortunately didn't get into the bed.

The more I read these stories the more I think about putting a tracking device in my car.

Good luck getting it back. I would keep a close eye on craigslist for that area.

Really sucks. Will keep our eyes peeled. We are in South Carolina only 150 miles away. A car like this isn't that easy to unload.

This makes me so mad! When they are caught, tie rope to rear tow hook and attach them to it. Try to break you personal best lap times with them attached.
