Yep, 15mpg was not really that bad given the speed. Was from Mpls to Fargo for a hockey game, wide open road, not a ton of traffic. I can't believe how quite this car is though! Its the quietists car i think i've ever been in...even going this fast. Really starting to fall in love with it!

You didn't say which version Macan you have. We get 24mpg out of our 2.0T in combined driving. Almost got 28mpg on a highway trip. And these are hard calculations, not the trip computer, which is pretty close anyway. The Macan does an mpg or 2 better then our previous 2011 Q5 2.0T which had only 211hp. I'm happy with that.

I see you are in mpls - how does it handle in the snow / ice? I am also in minneapolis and considering a macan. Was thinking of not getting the PTV+ option, but wanted to see if you had it and what your experience was!

Have the all seasons on for now, next year will go with snows. I did not get PTV-option and have not missed it. ITs nice i have to admit, but not needed. i do have the sport & the sport + i find mostly Sport daily is just fine.

Trip computer shows since June '16 we get 23.8.
Pen/Paper/Fuelio shows our average at 22.6 mpg.
I'd say we drive 80% in normal mode, 15% in sport, and 5% in sport plus.
ours is a Macan S MY17 on 19" all seasons.

Hey extanker.....Not once in the thread does it discuss what "mode" he was driving in when that picture was taken on the mini MFD.
Hell I can get 15 MPG in sport + driving up in Rocky Mt National Park on a weekday and post the pic.
Am I missing something that you saw in his picture or posts?
