Seems like it is missing it's front right wheel? Also why have such a small garage? Last I checked, Vancouver isn't old city Rome...

Yeah, that was rough. Looks like they had a broken tie rod and a flat tire on the right front.

car was involved in a hit and run thats what happened to the wheel

16 year old without license

that is a triple car garage in a multi million dollar neighbourhood.. homes go for 5-50 million dollar in the area the third door is usually for lawn mowers, bikes, motorcycles ect. can fit a car but not for everyday parking usually.
