Default No crank after engine replacement

I just finished replacing my engine in my 04 cayenne s. Got everything back together for the most part. Go to test start it and nothing. Dropped the entire front end drive train so I'm guessing I just missed something. Started fine before the replacement but not getting turnover on the starter now. Jumping the starter, it turns over fine but when you turn the key, I'm getting nothing. Not quite sure where to start looking for this one. I was thinking maybe the starter relay although that shouldn't go bad when my battery has just been disconnected for a few weeks. Otherwise, computer not sensing it is in park or brake is applied? Brake lights are working and dash recognizes it is in park.
Anyone have any ideas?

While someone is cranking, check for signal at starter.
