Dyno it, remove it, and dyno it again. Then report back.
Have the plenum and intake on mine. After intalling the intake it felt better on the upper end hp-wise, now with the plenum it feels like I need a tune. So maybe that is the third ingredient. If you simply dyno it now and tune then dyno again you'll have no question.
