Still have a bunch of parts from gutting my 996tt if anyone is interested...
Decklid - no rams, or fan or any electronics $350
Seats - Leather is perfect but passenger electronics need some attention since it gave me issues getting the base off - $400
Spare Tire - make offer
Custom Sub Enclosure fits great with JL W7 sub $400 (sub alone is worth 4-500)
996tt PCCB Rotors - pretty sure fronts are almost done but rears look good $1200

Shipped my GT2 wing to powdrhound not long ago and if I believe the decklid went fedex and wasn't too terrible ~120 bucks I believe. So I would anticipate that range

  • You have part #s off the PCCB rotors?
  • Are all 4 350 mm?
  • Any chips in the edges or just surface wear? If just wear, can you caliper the thickness for me?

these are the part numbers for the rears
the front driver caliper has a chip - i think its shot rears are in good shape. I can measure this week if I have time of them as well. Here are more pics and one of the bad one
