This is the nicest one I have ever seen !!! Drool ....
Question: that bar is set up for an older style Cayman no ? 987 vs 981 ??
I wonder if they are going to make one for this GT4 ? with the reinforced mounting pts etc ?
That bar also looks like you can remove certain part of the cage and is more modular ?
TIA
Regards
Ed

The white one in the other post is for a 987 and has the optional additional harness bar right behind the seats. The bar in the back, looking like a strut bar facsimile, is what Heigo calls the harness bar in that particular model.
The other options shown with the white one, other than the custom paint of course, are the "X" members. Heigo here has several options from which the customer can choose.

Here is a pic of one for the 981 outside of the car prior to install.

How much room will the rear attach points take up in regards to modifying the existing plastic covers to cover up once trimmed? Will that even be possible?

This photo is just of a raw, unpainted roll bar. It is just demonstrating the bar's fitment. You can either cut the panel so that the bar can come through, or just leave the panel off like we did in these photos and preserve the interior pieces.
