MoTeC V2 Video unboxing
It's raw, unscripted and poorly lit, but it's the first of many on the Krause & Associates Facebook page, the unboxing of the new MoTeC V2 Video camera.
In this six-minute video, I talk about first impressions of the unit itself, the current and legacy dashes it works with and what's in the box. Like I said, it'll get better in future editions, but it's a fun and informative deal!

The key is not to let great get in the way of good, Matt!

Peter, can't wait to see the video...Link? I really appreciate your help in sorting through the many products. I am confident this will work best for me, with my existing system...more after the install!

It's much higher resolution (1080p instead of 720p), it is automatically synced in both i2 and i2 Pro with the data, it's totally automated and controlled by your C125, and it's just two wires to the back of the Dash (or the MoTeC CAN) and two wires to power and ground (piggybacked off the dash).
You could sell the SCHD (or use it as a rear camera) and Bridge for half of what this V2 costs, if you wish. PM me.

Just looking at the MoTeC page for the camera and they said it doesn't put best lap or even rolling lap on the video? Has that been finalized yet?
From the website:
V2 Video can have the following data overlaid, depending on the sensors installed.
Throttle Position: displayed as a green bar graph scaled between 0% and 100%
Ground Speed: displayed as numeric value from 0 to 999 kph
RPM: displayed as a gauge from 0 to 10000 rpm
G-Force: displayed as a G circle from 0 to 2 G with an indicator point
Brake Switch or Pressure: displayed as a red bar graph
Gear: displayed as numeric value
Lap Number, Last Lap Time, Running Lap Time are currently in development and will be available in a future release.

Just like AiM, Racelogic and other products, the hardware is in place, major functionality is in place and additional features will be added later through firmware updates.
It is the simplest, easiest (and most cost effective, especially if you have Standard logging only enabled) solution to add to MoTeC display/loggers from the ADL2 product on.
The information you ask for is available in the "squiggly lines" log file...
