Default GL to NATS AXer's

I know some of you are heading to Lincoln soon, just wanted to wish you good luck and I'll be watching from my desk on Live timing as I appear to be working.

If you have the live stream up you should be able to hear our cayman on launch control a few times at the Pro Solo finale. 6500rpm then go!

I'll be STR 1 in a green MR2 with Christopher Lin. I will be really sad to be driving something with such little horsepower, but happy to be driving at Nats!

Trust me it's not the car. He used to race a stock Corolla, then a stock Fit, and would raw time decent drivers in Corvettes. The dude is a smooth momentum machine. We will see if I can do as well in it.

Nationals starts today with the ProSolo Finale! Live coverage all this week on ustream & sololive. Conechaser has a hybrid feed combing the two:

Pedalfaster finished up this morning's Pro Solo runs in a trophy spot in BS. Not sure how points look, and I apologize if I don't know y'all's real names to watch all the other RennListers specifically.

Tough day today, as the open course with limited visual markers, made me lose my place a couple of times in the morning. Also we found a glitch in the PDK programming, as the early turn after the launch puts some lateral g's on the car while it is trying for the 1-2 shift. So it granny shifts it, with a big drop in acceleration. Had to manually trigger the shift about 1000rpm early, and it is still not as solid as it normally is.

Old tires in the morning session had us chasing balance and grip issues, but that was solved with sticker tires this afternoon. Finally got a run in the 33's, and clawed back up to 5th, just out of the trophies. Now need to drop another 5-7 tents tomorrow to be in the hunt for the challenge (not an easy task)

East or west course? I think I start on the west, which is supposedly the narrow one.

That was the pros solo finale course. For the solo II on Tuesday, I ran the East course first. Best run had issues with pdk shifting near the finish, as well as a cone right at the start, not the best way to start the event.
West course on Wed I had 3 reruns, this cooked the car and tires for me any my wife (2nd driver). So we both ended with poor or dirty runs, out of the trophies. Definitely an event to write off!
