I bought my first Porsche at the ripe old age of 22. My father and mother both owned and drove Porsche's. There are quite a few on the list that I regret selling. #1 is my 1989 Baltic Blue speedster. #2 is my 993 Turbo.
I left off a few cars.

Wanted to borrow some knowledge from everyone as everyone had older jap cars before.

I've been looking at getting a P car but don't really know which is an upgrade from a 93 RX7 Turbo.

I am looking for something with more power and agility. Sport car feel rather than a GT car feel.

From all my reading seems like the 997 GT3 is the only one worthy ..... are there other P cars that are worthy?

1989 Mercedes white SL560 (~6 yr)
2001 Porsche seal gray 996 C4 Cab (~7 yrs)
2008 Porsche midnight blue metallic 997.1 TT Cab (1 yr anniversary this month)

1984 VW GTI - fun car, you could throw that thing around any corner and come out the other side
1986 VW 16V Scirocco - not bad, handled pretty well for a FWD once lowered
1990 Audi CQ - fun, needed the Turbo AAN 20V engine
1995 Audi S6 - probably the best all around vehicle I have owned (once lowered and powered up a bit)
2008 Audi S6 - beast
2007 Porsche 997 TT - rocket

In 1975 I got to ride in a 914. Coolest car ride I remember. In 2009 I bought a 914. I did not anticipate that the 914 was just a gateway drug. I have difficulty harnessing my affinity for the Porsche brand, despite the fact I remain an ignorant Porsche consumer. I probably could use some help.
