I did the same thing, sold my 993 for a 997 Turbo. OMG, best move ever! 12 years with crappy working A/C. The A/C in the 997's are amazing. As is everything else on this car. More pics please! Interior pics too.

Why'd you sell the 993? What do you think of the new one in comparison?

The 993 was not a turbo. It was a cabriolet. It was a great car and was maintained to the highest standard. I drove the heck out of it and my wife and I both liked it. However, it just ran its course with me and I was looking for something newer and different. I always wanted a turbo and this one turned out to be a perfect fit for what I was looking for.
I haven't had a chance to really drive the turbo to do any sort of evaluation. I drove it home (the roads were dry and clean) and put it right into storage. It'll be in storage until May.

The Macadamia exterior is a perfect match for the cocoa interior. I have the same interior color and really like it.

It's an auto. I don't think I'll miss rowing the gears like on my old 993. I'm in a different place in my life now and a manual is just not that important to me anymore.
