Hi Ben,
Love your dark blue GT3. The system went to Canada. Wish I could have used it here in Cali. Got a GMG center by-pass for the time being. It's been great to do a few track days to keep me sharp when not racing the other car.
Take Care,
T.

Got some headers.
I went with a used set of GMG's w/ no cats from a rennlist member.
Primary reason was to avoid OEM cat's failing.
Weight oem headers. vs. gmg catless headers.

OEM= 5084 grams
GMG= 4082 grams

net difference 1002 grams x 2 = 2004 grams reduced.

OEM headers have very nice welds, that porting would be no help, from the factory for those of you wondering.

Will update later this week w/ logs of oem vs. gmg.

Outside Temperature 55 when I did oem setup
Outside Temperature 62 when i did with gmg headers

I did port the GMG headers as over-lapping material internally.

Same location.

enjoy the data.
3rd gear runs therefore no "driver error".

Yep. Uncorking the cats alone gives a few ponies :-)

Understatement according to the data. 10 runs before 10 runs after, all runs show improvement. Pretty conclusive. Both on Aim Solo & Harry' Dyno app show improvement.

Now i have enough power to accelerate as quickly as GT4's

Nice. I was eyeing these headers as well, but you got to them before I did. If you ever want to sell let me know.

Useful tip i learned from mooty. Move fast.
I saw the thread pm Roger for payment email and where to send shipping label too.

We should meet up sometime and you can hear the headers in person - not to rub it in of course.

Yes I've recently learned from the school of mooty!

Let me know one of these weekends when you are free. Would love to hear the headers in person.
