Now do you understand why selling it was such a major decision?

Both of you having a GT3 (and not me yet!), and those great roads. Hot wife and well behaved kids too? LOL

Drove the GT3 to work today, something I have yet to do...as it's just too nice. Hate to leave it in the garage though. I'm sure you all have the same issues.

One of my female friends commented today "Could that car be any sexier" Haaaa, now the early 911 always got the "its cute" comments.
Not Darth Vader.

Yeah... nothing subtle about that baby!

I remember (gulp) 11 years ago when I bought my new-to-me '00 Boxster S, I was actually a little embarrassed to drive it to work. Even though it wasn't all that expensive of a car (I think $36k at the time), I thought people might think me a show-off. My wife thought I was crazy, but I did get some attention for it (none bad, that I heard! LOL).

Anyway, when I finally pull the trigger and join the 997 GT3 club, I'm sure THAT will definitely get some attention. (And I don't give a s**t nowadays! LOL)

Enjoy your beautiful car!

Darth Vader and I did 1500 miles this past weekend down and back to Palm Springs, CA to meet up with some Rgruppe Porsche friends.

Perfect weather and perfect car! I never did the speed limit the entire trip (shocker) and got close to top speed out in the middle of nowhere. This car does everything so well, quite possibly the best 911 ever!

It has been almost a year of owning THE BEST 911 I have ever owned. Still feel excited like a school kid every time I see and drive this car.

This weekend installed new pads/rotors....and black GT3 rims. Nice transformation. Cant decide which I like better the silver rims or black.
Either way its full on Darth Vader now.

Hope to meet some of you at RRV. I'll be parked in the Porsche corral...

Hey Chris,

How's it going buddy? Ya, the black wheels look sick on your car. Really perfect! GT3's truly are ridiculous fun.... even the ones with sunroofs Hope all is well! Enjoy RR...

Cheers brudda!
