Checked my production date -09/09-, looks like my car will be on the list.

Is production date listed on the sticker on the driver side door area? Haven't even got my 2010 RS on track yet and I'm worried

Wonder what the difference on a 2010 Center Lock hub and a 2011-2012 Center Lock hub is and looks like. Wonder if down the road Porsche will extend this recall on Center Lock hubs and bearings to 2011-2012 GT3's and include Turbo S and GTS with Center Locks?????

Doubt it

Probably a defect from the supplier in the cast

GT3 only, no RS?
Maybe narrow body only, so no GTS or Turbo right.

Looks like early production, something changed in manufacturing to fix it

Still all hubs need a time out....like all hubs (including a cup)

Just a quick FYI. My GT3 with the failed hub is in the middle of the recall dates (built 11/13/2009). The recall does not mean Porsche acknowledges any defect, they have made that very clear to me. :-)

Thanks, that's valuable color. As before, hope you'll be able to get an amicable resolution with PAG/PCNA...

Are you going to replace your hubs and bearings before Winterfest and COTA?

Just got off the phone with PCNA.

The lady told me that the computer shows AC-05 to become effective with official letter to be sent to the owners with VIN # that qualifies for it from Jan 2013. SO she told me to just "chill".....

So will the official response be to "chill, we will fix it" if somebody loses a wheel between now and then? Lol...
