Best Sounding GT3 Bypass Exhaust
What is everyone's opinion on the best sounding GT3 bypass exhaust?
1) The new RSS GT3 Xpipe Exhaust
2) Shark Werks Center Bypass Exhaust
3) GMG WC Sport Center Section Exhaust
All three are about the same price range and bypass the center (3rd) muffler. I'm looking for an exhaust that will unleash the beast of the GT3.

I have the GMG and love it - the car really screams. The Sharky exhaust sounds great on videos and you will find a LOT of people on here that love it too. I haven't heard anyone with the other exhaust but I think it was just released.

we should have a sticky section of exhaust vids - - compare em side by side

The part number (BES-997-092-60SR) FVD shows on the above video is the RSR race version full exhaust ($5,492)...That sounds great though..
Anybody have video/audio of FVD bypass? It's only $1,650...
I had GMG bypass on my 997 GT3...very nice sound, no interior resonance, very loud when above 5K RPM

The sharkwerks with the larger tips option is what you want hands down for a center delete piece.
im currently running a CUP exhaust and my Sharkwerks is in storage, but i wont sell the sharkwerks because it is such a neat piece and i may have it back on again someday. The tips alone make the car!

Are you in the NSX of GT3?
And yes that is the one. Awesome, will for sure shoot for that sound for when I do my 6GT3.
Right now I only have one close friend, actually from high school, that can hang with me when we drive around, he has an NSX too. And just bought an M3 and put about $35k into it. Told him for that one he could get a second hand TT.
Is that the FVD/Brombacher you speak of? And could I get that out of similar exhaust from Sharky or GMG?
Reminds me so much of the road-type cars I would see in Long Beach during the Grand Prix week in my youth.

i will jack this thread for a quick moment
i purchased the CUP S exhaust from a fellow rennlister.
It bolts on to the stock cats and has Zero mufflers. (the standard CUP has a center muffler) It is basically straight pipe. Im told this exhaust retails for something crazy like $4500.00.
It works great, sounds reasonable at idle and low rpm, but when you stand on it you feel like you are running down the back straight of LeMans in a 917
with full interior it is liveable. The sound matches the car's appeal and appearance both on and off the track.
i think with CUP headers and no cats it would be too loud for street use however........
