Who has the most expensive build?
My car has a boatload of exclusive options, along with X51, PCCB and much more. The price when new was $141k- for a 997.1 C4S.
That's more than some of the 997.1 turbos I was considering before I bought this car. It's also more than my GT3's price when new.
Wondering who has the highest price build of normally aspirated cars from 997.1- anyone else have a crazy optioned car?

That is one of the highest non-turbo #s I've seen.
You want factory build or OEM plus aftermarket, as I think I've got category two covered, but thanks to Hagerty can still sleep at night.

$123,770 for my car, 06 C4S X51. No PCCBs, which would have been cool, but short shifter, TPMS (disabled by a previous owner), full leather, thicker wheel, crested and heated standard seats, rear wiper, sport chrono and nav are some of the other notable options. My car was originally from the US but now resides in Canada.

I bet a vert C4S X51 with leather vents wins this.

Not sure if my father-in-law still has the build sheet or if it went with the car.
But it was a '07 C4S Cab, X51, Cobalt Blue over Natural Leather, Tiptronic, Porsche spacers, with Exclusive Leather everywhere... extended, lower dash, visors, vents, speaker covers... and a hard top. My 10-year old memory is that it crested $140K on the MSRP but not sure if topped the OP.
Beautiful car but but way OTT. My '09 C4S is a paltry $114K in comparison.

GTS I don't think would be highest since X51+options was more expensive than GTS. GTS was less than sum of parts.
Wish we still had a configuration circa 2011
There was a Ronald McDonald yellow/red 997 circulating these parts a few months ago that had to be way up there.

My little cab was about $135,000 because of the hardtop, PTS, PCCBs, and leather. I elected to skip the X51 option because of the price to HP ratio! I don't think, in retrospect, that I would have opted for the X51 but it's a terrific option for you second owner guys who allowed the original owners to take the hit. I absolutely did not want a Turbo. Been there, done that, and I like the sound of a NA 997S with sport exhaust over any Turbo!
I always like to include a photo, so here's just a typical shot taken in the alps...with a 550 holding me up..
I do recall a fellow Rennlister with a Cobalt Blue 06 C4S Cabriolet with X51, and nearly every leather option checked off. Unsure of the PCCBs--don't think so. I would have loved to have been the second owner on that car! I was frankly surprised to see it on the market within a couple of years. Someone got a deal!.
