Default Water drips after washing car

After washing my car, I always get these drips/wet areas after moving the car. In the driveway, I dry all the jambs and frames, doors, frunk, engine lid. All dry.

Move the car into the garage, I get drips from under the driver side door, and the sill is wet. Pax side is dry.

Where's the water being held? From where is it released?

Leaf blower.

Or this winter when Detailers Domain does their 25% off and free shipping, buy a Master Blaster for about $300 all in.

yup… I find the same thing. No matter how well I dry off the doors jambs and surrounds, there are always some extra pools that apparently emerge from inside the door when I do once-around-the-block to dry off the brake rotors.

BTW, now that you've done the exterior, how about cleaning the door trim panel to removes those scuffs from your shoes?

I hear you. Just not that ****. 😳 But thanks for pointing it out. Might get me on the right track.

So, no one knows where the reservoir for this water may be?

Hey Joe, it's coming from your door, the belt line where the glass meets the door, the water goes down into your door pocket, puddles up "around" the weep holes at the bottom of the door. Doesn't matter if you wash it on a slant or flat, your door only has three or four weep holes.....

Haven't washed mine yet....am ordering a new wheel and two front tyres from my little excursion....Great drive, so nice meeting everyone, can't wait to do it again...

Quick blast up and down the interstate is a fun and effective way to dry out those bits. Especially, if you live in Texas and it's hotter than blue bloody blazes...T

So, the "weep" holes don't weep?

EXACTLY! Who in the hell pays $300 for a blaster just to dry your car? If you just have to, just buy a $30 leaf blower.

2nd the Master Blaster. It makes a big difference in drying the car. Especially for black cars.

You must be using a hose in your wash process - too much water. Try this - you can wash in the garage and you won't get the "drips".
