Default Here I go: 997.2 PDK CAB ready aim fire . . . .

I just sold my 930 Turbo CAB and I am in the market for a 997.2 CAB PDK
C2 or C4. I drove both the stick and PDK with a Porsche salesman. I wanted a manual shift car until I swapped seats and let the salesman drive the PDK car. He mentioned he raced cars for "a few years", but when he "showed" me what the PASM "off" can do in launch mode and the "sports plus" is all about, well, I'm sold.
I know I will miss my 930, but knowing I will find my new dream car . . . .

My main question is, should I stick with the blistering death trap speed of the Turbo (which scared the **** out of me in both seats), or should I just settle with a C2S or C4S (which are as fast as i need to go) ?

The Turbo is just within my reach (maybe a 2009), but I know I can have a "crispy" newer C4S or a C2S for less money.

I need your advice, ready to pull the trigger . . .

Just be prepared for a shock when you put your foot down in a 997 NA.
Once you've owned a Turbo, nothing compares. That rush is intoxicating and not many NA cars can give that feeling.
I use to own a 930 as well, and although I have never regretted selling it I will never forget the feeling that you are almost in the matrix!

I test drove a 997.2S today and was well impressed. It's a very nice car.
Good luck.

Happy with my 997.2 4S, right combo of everything for me. I did take out a Turbo when shopping and wow what an engine in all gears, it just goes. My deciding factor was I want the classic lines of 911. However I think a turbo is in the cards for a second Pcar when the time comes.
