I have the 9500xi and a hard-wired setup in my BMW and 911 and it works well. Would like the MAX I think IF they added GPS feature and after a few reports from users. Agree?

Valentine for me...built like a tank! I travel for my job and drive around 35,000 a year between my personal car and rentals. My V1 is all over the place with me. You just can't beat the direction arrows!

Valentine 1. Obviously I haven't ridden with all those who claim too many false alarms, but I suspect it is their failure to read instructions. I run my V-1 in "Full Logic" mode and don't have any problem with so called false alarms.
Actually the false alarms aren't really false anyway. It is a radar detector not a policeman detector, and it is unequaled in detecting radar IMHO.

Either way, you're likely buying something he's been involved with.

I have a V1 and while I like the arrows I can't stand how many false alarms there are. It's a PITA, especially the new Audi's and Infiniti's which have the radar proximity devices. Do the Escorts have the same issues? For reference I'm running it with partial filters, not full logic. I'll give the full logic a try to see if that helps without affecting its sensitivity.
