just talked with the guy and it's legit. he bought it used from Porsche of Bellevue 6 years ago and is 2nd owner and put 7000 miles on it in 6 years. 2 services at porsche of bellevue says it still smells new. Someone is coming over to buy it tomorrow but it isn't sold yet.

I talked to the seller about 10 minutes after he posted the listing. Car is a Tiptronic unfortunately, otherwise I would already be $40,000 lighter. Did seem to be totally legit, for what it's worth.

Ya I hear ya the license plate is weird but I spoke with him and he seemed like an honest person who based his price on kbb. I'm sure someone will buy it today. I would go look at it but I'm working and 2 hours away. If it was a manual I would have taken the day off work

I spoke with the local Mukilteo PD a few minutes ago and the vehicle checks ok, no issues.

Officer said plates in Washington State are changed every 7 years. He probably received a new plate after he purchased it 6 years ago and just forgot to change the front plate, odd but I guess he overlooked it.
