My garage door is 85in wide (inside dimensions are larger, it's the door that's the tight spot). Can anyone tell me what the 996tt is at its widest (I assume that's the mirrors)? Official Porsche stats appear to omit mirrors in the width figure.

Rear fenders stick out farther than the mirrors. I have 96 inches on my garage door, but 85" should be fine.

I can get 'exact' dimensions tomorrow, but it is about 72"(at widest point-rear quarter panels) with mirrors folded-in

I've also got one of those 90 year old SF houses, garage door was Model-T narrow when I bought the house...had it widened (to the max. possible) and was able to get 99". Good luck with your ride home!
