Default Seal gray in low light

Pulled back into work after dinner and was struck by how different the car looked under the dim fluorescent glare of the parking garage lighting.

Thought I would share.

I know right... now when he sells it, it can't claim "it's NEVER seen rain".

So sad.

I mean, doesn't he know the engine could suck too much water through the air box and cause piston rust which leads to bore scoring and even IMS apocalyptic
meltdown? I hope this is the '99 model with proven dual row unicorn dingle bearings.

Nice shots! SG is one of the reasons I fell in love with my TT. Classy, classy color.

It's true.

In fact, my car looked like this before I drove it in the rain... so clearly devalued.

Interestingly, SG was not my first choice when I was looking for a 996, but I've really come to appreciate it.

Hahaha. I took my Jeep to a Super Bowl party last night and when somebody asked if I had brought the Porsche I felt like one of those people when I quickly said without thinking "Not in the rain".

Cool snapshots of your car. It does look good in that setting and the color of the car is great.
