Default AOS Diagnosis 1999 C4

OK here goes
My engine has a bad milkshake syndrome
But it still runs and idles very smooth
When I add water to the water bottle I see a milkshake mix
coming from what appears to be a cracked breather hose near to the right side cylinder head
My current theory is that a bad AOS valve is leaking fluid (water?) into the breather
hose and thus caused it to burst and leak
My solution is to just replace the AOS and breather hose and that then all of my oil and water mix problems will be solved !
Is my theory even a possibility or am I missing something here ?
I know that it is probably a cracked head etc. but what if it isn't...
How else could the breather hose crack ?
Looks like it has a one or two inch split in it about 4 inches before it attaches to the head
Any sage impute appreciated thanks ...

"I'll take cracked head for $500 Alex"… Hope it's something easier.

At the very least, stop running the motor in it's current condition (regardless of how well it's running) - if the coolant is in places it shouldn't be (as opposed to oil being were it shouldn't be (which it seems like is what you're hoping for) it'll do irreparable damage to your motor fairly quickly. Is there "milkshake" on the dipstick when you pull it? If not you may be in luck!!! Good Luck

Even though I do have a new AOS for a 3.4 for sale I'm thinking that ain't it. Been there. Does your dipstick look like a carmel macchiato?

$10-$12,000 gamble for a new engine under those conditions. Don't run it and figure out what is wrong. Oil in coolant...bad. Coolant in oil...worse. Replace the AOS and hose, change oil, drain and refill coolant, pull all spark plugs and check them (replace), perform a pressure check and leak down test on all cylinders. That will give you a clue if the cylinder head is cracked.
