Licence plate's been zip tied on. Looks reasonably secure, hope it doesn't fall off at the track..
Everything's bolted back on, replace the wheel liners and put the wheels back on this evening.
Tomorrow if I get a chance, I'll fire it up and take it for a spin and take some better pictures.

This is just wrong!!! I like it, think it would look good on my PS car. Think it'd run cooler, lighter, more efficient....
wondering if the "vents" will send more heat onto the lower plastic edge, of the cut out. Looks great. Can you use Mikes (or someones TT) car, and get some temp readings from rear of each car? I know they're different, but same ambient temp, warm up, and you should be able to calc actually temp differences, right?

Been working late and not home early enough to do any testing, maybe I'll have time on the weekend.
^ I have a IR temp reading thingamajig, I'll take some readings from a few places..
^^ Targa Tim's been texting me he's worried about how the plate's attached as he spends most of his time behind me at the track , so am thinking of a mount that may attach to the tow hook.

^ Thx for the tip. Tim was fussed about the mesh not being sturdy enough.
Making an aluminum attachment to the tow hook. Just need to weld together and will post a pic!

Took a little bit to recall welding aluminum is a little different then stainless..
Over engineered Licence plate holder.
I can take it off at the track, and save weight..

What if the zip ties melt? :-0
I was thinking maybe something like the front, tow hook plate mount, but make it work in the rear. Then just switch em out at the track? Or with your skills and tooling, fab a folding system, so it folds outta the way "007ish".

This holder bolts onto the stock tow hook. Melting zip ties?! Well I have stainless zip ties I can use but kind of over Kill for this application me thinks, or I can use some small nuts/bolts... Actually, I think I should use the stainless zip ties.
