Default Euro-Spec Springs for 993 Turbo S?

Hi Guys,

My father has a 97' 993 Turbo S. It's practically sitting on stilts ready to tackle the Dakar with the stock US-Spec springs.

Can you guys tell me the part number(s) for the euro-spec springs so we can get this thing sitting pretty?

Also, I saw recently that Porsche Classic offers another shock-assembly kit altogether.

What do you all recommend to get the 993 dialed in?

Appreciate the help!

The billstein coilover kit PSS-9 or PSS-10 seems to be what everyone is using. They are fully adjustable. Just keep your springs and shocks for when you sell your car so it goes w all the original equipment with it.

+1. A simple search of this and the 993 forum will provide far more information on your options than you will care to read..........or just get the PSS10 which is adjustable and a huge improvement in ride and handling.

I actually enjoy the Cayenne ride height on my Turbo S's. It's great for the terrible roads in Los Angeles and steep driveways. But agreed, the car looks much better with euro ride height

+1. I dropped mine to euro ride height because the PSS10 could not be set up any higher. They didn't call mine the Dakar Rally Princess for nothing!

Thanks guys. Rather then doing a full coilover swap like the PSS10's, is there simply a spring kit fromt he Euro 993's that could be used?

Those Porsche Classic shocks, springs and suspension, should probably cost about twice as much as a PSS-10 kit. Plus the car would still retain the factory ride height.

...and they don't look adjustable.
