We are a rule of law city in Orange CA, El Guapo. We mean no harm. Since Blackie left town there's been nothing but Vetts parking in handicap spots. It would do us proud to have you show up a spank these fiberglass *****.

El Guapo is sad.
First his brother, Blackie, is sent to Eastern Norte America.
Then his plata brother from Santa Barbara dies.
Only Q45, the rojo brother from San Luis is enforcing "the way" on the tracks of the west.
El Guapo would be proud to journey south to the county of Orange to show the plastic cars the way.

Thanks. He turned out better than I had hoped.
Now that I've had him back a few days, I'll make some observations.
When I first got him, I really felt like he did not drive as well as Frank.
Now Frank had been set up to a fair-thee-well by people that knew what they were doing.
Sometimes shifting from 1st to 2nd when cold was balky, and the 19 inch RUF wheels with crap Dunlop tires did not inspire any confidence.
Anyway I installed the GT2 uprights and replaced the VC, corner balanced and aligned him and sold the 19 inch wheels. I put the stock wheels back on.
Shifting was now butter and the ride was great. But I still had no confidence in the corners because everything would go sideways in a heartbeat.
The current setup is A W E S O M E.
The front rear / diameter differential is perfect. Shifting is perfect. Now I can lean on him a little in the corners without the tires breaking loose at the drop of a hat. The ride is just super compliant and composed. There is nothing really to say about the motor that has not been said.
The BBS E28s have more nooks and crannies than English muffin. I hated my Fikse FM-10s for that reason, but I'll deal with it.
Now I am not a detailing freak, but the Guap just cried out for it.
I claybared the parts that were not newly painted. What a difference. You can feel the difference in smoothness is night and day, but it does not really look any different. Then I Rejexed the whole thing. I threw the cover on and it zipped right off the other side. It was a real chore to get the bloody thing in place, only to find, well it no longer fits over the tail.

Muy Bonito Scott! The benefits of a wider track are very noticeable on improved grip levels. I would get rid of the "bumperetas" and the lava faros and tank from the front. Enhorabuena.

I can get rid of the rear bumperettes any time I want just by braking hard in front of a Mercedes on the 405.
I kept all of the washers and wipers and sun roof and interior because I commute in him in the rainy season and my family likes day trips in him.
He's not meant to be a GT2 race car clone, more of a GT2 comfort clone.
