There's no adjustements possible...you just have to make it fit the best you can, trying to get equal purchase on bothe the turbo and intercooler end. Do you have aftermarket/aluminum diverter valves? I think they take a little longer to open off throttle and can promote this. If it's one of the ones that can used differnent springs, I'd go with one softer.

I'm using FVD hose, but i don't know if it's any better.

As for clamps the Breeze Constant Torque Clamps are way to go.

The best thing to do is to practice putting it back on. It's not that difficult, and you won't be stranded.

Thanks for the tip! I think the car is completely original in terms of diverter valves. But I will investigate it further.

A good advice to learn how to assemble them back. Will ask my local garage to show me how to do it. The workshop re-assembled it for me now said that they had to use a camera to see that the hose was loose on the turbo end.

I'll try to find out where I can buy the Breeze Clamps here in Sweden.
