My 993 is not a wide body. But I am not sure if my wheels are the hallow spoke version the OP is selling. So perhaps my wheels are not quite the same. For sure my wheels are a little more worn than these. These wheels look brand new. I guess I'll need to seek out the part number to know if mine are the same.

I ordered the LMs through a local performance shop called http://www.tunerworks.com/. They have treated me well in the past with competitive prices and good customer service and earn their repeat business when I needed new tires and decided to get the LMs at the same time. But there is a longish wait list right now for the LM size I am ordering (18x8.5 and 18x10). I called several suppliers and got the same reply as the manufacturer is presently out of stock and needs to manufacture new ones. Popular wheels appear to be in short supply. But let's not derail this thread. Don't want the OP getting mad at us. His wheels look great. Perhaps if mine looked as good I would be keeping them.

If these were for a WB, I'd be all over it. I just picked up a C2S that has Fikse wheels & I'd like to get it back to original setup.

Here's a great summary from 944 Racing.

Rick,
I have these exact wheels on my '96 C4S and use 25mm spacers in the rear. I realize that this is not "original setup" but from a functional perspective, they work for me I would be curious to hear from the gurus if there are there any downsides to using spacers??

No downside however the WB offset version of these wheels are less expensive than their NB counterparts most likely due to the supply factor.

Did you have to get longer studs?
NB might be different, but on WB there is not much thread left so spacer can't be too thick in order to have bolts fully on.

I don't think there is a downside to using spacers on a street car. I know these would work but I'm really wanting to get this car to 100% original...so, will keep looking for WB wheels.

Wheels were installed by the previous owner but I'm sure that the studs were replaced as they're the same length as the what's protruding on the front wheels.

They are most likely this type of spacer:

Back on topic... These wheels are indeed rare, should sell quick. I've used Wheel Collision in the past, they do excellent work.

You havent been able to buy the WB rear hollow wheels for a few years now so prices are more expensive than the NB version...at least in the uk they are.

This is why you're such a putz; your statement contradicts itself. First off YOU sh*t on the OP's thread by negatively commenting on his price and got called out for it (not by me). Then you suggest that in a forum if someone disagrees they should move on. Probably what you should have done prior to your negative price comment.

Let's be honest, it is a dick move to down someone's price in their own thread. Weak sauce.

Revising my answer since it did not help contribute to creating a positive community experience.
