In my case I removed the second fin and welded solid.

NA fan and yes the electric pump is installed at the front.

Did you build the IC design with access to take it off once is installed in the car the whole engine/IC for future troubleshooting? Looks like it's going to take some small hands and patience to make it happen.

Why no v-bands on the exhaust and vanjen clamps on the intercooler especially if it's a road race car?

Engine is off the stand and transmission installed. I used my old 997TT pressure plate with the RS -LWF.

Turbo oil return line from scavenge pump was tapped in to the case breather.

Turbo intake lines will be ran through the back seat wall into the cab. Will use K&N cone filters for now but the final product will be rear side window intake lines and a filter boxes.
I used flex hose for the intake lines wrapped with Fiber Fix for protection under the engine tray (5min and the wrap was hard like cement ).
