Default 993 Twin turbo 3.8 conversion

I'm at the final stages of completing the conversion from NA to Twin Turbo 3.8 engine. I figured I would share some pics.

Well this is certainly exciting (to say the least)!!! I noticed a welding bead on the heads in some of the pics, what's that all about? Looks to run along, vertically, where the head meets the cylinder. Is this strengthening something?

Nice!!
I don't see how you sealed the cylinder bases, The stock thin n/a o-ring will cause problems down the road.

Curious why the exhaust port header flanges are 4-hole on the passenger side and 2-hole on the driver.

Makes them interchangeable with a 964 style head, manufacturer doesn't have to make a specific 993 and 964 header for the LH head.

Nice build list.....

Can I make one suggestion on the fuel injectors. I am running Injector Dynamics ID1000 in my 4.0l Build. When they were suggested to me I thought they were over kill from the 40lb injectors I had. The low pulse control these ID1000 injectors have is incredible, and there is never an issue of fuel delivery at the top end. My car idles with the injectors at around 5 to 10% duty cycle perfectly.

I classify them as cheap insurance when it comes to a build like this.
