^^^

Interesting poking around and seeing what stuff costs. I need some parts and thought I'd try it out. Was able to find the front and rear outer window seals easily and add them to my cart. I could not find the belt sensor pulley on the site though, and I dug around pretty good. I searched belt sensor, fan belt sensor, fan belt, looked in various sub menus couldn't find it gave up. Maybe the site is not 100% or maybe I'm being dense in looking for it... either way by abandoning my cart I saved at least $100- at least for today

Nice to have online ordering, but not the easiest site to navigate!

Great idea but it falls short.

Plus there are parts not shown that are on my to-order list. Now if it were like the Porsche parts list or the one on Majestic for Honda, it would be perfect.

I agree that it's not perfect, but I applaud them for taking a big step in the right direction. Building a site like this takes significant work, and they got a lot of things right. I hope it makes maintenance a bit easier for all of us and increases competition in the OEM parts market.

That being said, I'll likely miss the "order by email" system that seemed to work pretty well before. Send a list of part numbers and like magic, everything shows up a week later.

Who says you cannot use the "old" system? Are they shutting that off? I have asked Bob, but no response yet ...

Cheers

Received their email announcement earlier this week. Always a pleasure to deal with them.

Good question. Ugh, now that I read what I posted, it sounds like I'm starting rumors. I have no reason to think they'd shut off the old system.

I'll probably just use the new shiny new website because I'm crazy like that

Same here.

She always followed up by emailing when special ordered parts shipped, basically treated you like she would want to be treated.

Plus I miss all the free stuff she would throw in the box.

Regards,

.

I bookmarked the link. I've never ordered anything from them before. I will now because they made it so easy.
