Is this the one? http://www.type911shop.co.uk/shop/ar...6aid%3D5323%26

What do you mean by "dust on the radio?"

Thanks, I will check with them directly. I see by your sig that you have one, how do you like it? I've purchased items locally from the 'lister that sold you yours, I don't know how I missed his f/s ad,,, you got a great deal!

Correct. And that that link looks like mine. Dansk makes two different car systems and mine is the more expensive one. I bought it from a RL member

I've been really happy with the Sport Cat...I was shocked at the weight difference from the OEM Cat, at least 25lbs I'd say. I'm also amazed at how much less heat is being generated in the rear of the car now, the OEM cat (at least mine) was producing an immense amount of heat. From a performance standpoint, I think it actually moved the torque up into the higher RPMs a bit, seems like I traded a bit down low for more punch at 4k RPM+. It sounds awesome. The caveat to all this is that the performance improvement I feel may be from swapping out a 15 year old OEM cat that may have been partially clogged.

I've learned to be quick on the trigger with the F/S threads! I think I responded within 15 minutes of it going up and in a short time he had about 3 other people in line!

Likely not. No difference in the ~70-~120 pull up the front straight at Thunderhill on the 4S when I swapped out the clogged, CEL throwing cat.

(And as far as exhaust in general, I'll post yet again that the dyno verified difference on my 3.8 between the 100% stock exhaust and the "good stuff" is about 20HP.)

Ken,

Certainly doesn't feel like a 20hp bump with the Sport Cat, but it feels like a bump nonetheless...

I have read many times that with a stock engine there is not much performance to be gained through exhaust and that any improvement is more related to the 200 cell cats. Anyone running sport cats with stock mufflers to have something just a little louder than stock? Sport cats plus fister II sounds awesome, but I was hoping for a more wife friendly combo.

I've got the 200 Cell Sport Cats with Motorsound on my Cab and I think it sounds just right, but it's very subjective...maybe the Cats with Stage I or LPMM mod?

I ran with the same set up described above. Not only did the system NOT throw a CEL, the car passed CA (Rural area) smog sniffer test. It won't pass a visual if the smog guy knows his stuff.

HP difference is on the 3.8 in the yellow car. MPH pull is with the stock 3.6 in the 4S. (No reason to dyno a stock car.)
