Directly from here to the Baja Cantina Hot Rod Show: FREE. BBQ Dinner there is sub $15. Quite good for the $'s, includes a drink. Last year we saw Patrick Dempsey enjoying a beer with Michael Schumacher at one of the tables on the patio!

True, Monterey is its own world
Case in point: while carving curves near the Hahn Winery, we were surprised to see a new Mercedes happy to follow at the end.
Even more surprising during a random stop to re-group: it pulled over & the owner got out to meet us.
Turned out he recently bought a 1995 993 & was driving a rental.
He was in town to give a trophy at Pebble Beach's Concours d'Elegance
...because he's the Senior Editor of Road & Track magazine.
Only in Monterey!
