Parking lights always on. Blinker indicators always on.
After short 15 minute drive today pulled into the garage and noticed that both the left and right blinker indicators were on at the same time. Tried turning on the emergency flashers no change they did not flash. The parking lights are always on even though the key is in the off position doors closed.
Removed the blinker relay which I noticed was a VW Audi part and all lights were still on - no change.
Would appreciate any suggestions headed out to disconnect the battery so it doesn't run down.

you could have a bulb out. Check all the connectors for rust/moisture.
But id say more then likey your brake pedal switch could have timed out.
brake pedal switch part # 96461330100, $11.80 2-3 days to special order from Suncoast.

Thanks for the suggestions. I disconnected the battery, waited a few minutes, reconnected and cycled the immobilizer... and the lights turned off. Could this be a sticky immobilizer relay?

The alarm/door lock control module is in charge of this, it is placed under the passenger seat. You might have a relay problem in the unit, or it's microprocessor might just had a hiccup. I have seen some cases of water damage on these units too, you could have a look to inspect for any signs of corrosion. It's the metal-coloured unit with the black and yellow connectors.

Thanks ToreB! I also wanted to say how much I appreciate your HVAC guide. It helped tremendously when trying to sort my AC problems.
I had a dirty sensor in the CCU as well as a Max air switch that needed cleaning. All is great now except for a 52° low temperature which is normal for our cars but not quite enough for Austin, Texas :-).
