The Cat with the Hats!
I'm calling this 'The Rudy Project' ..
Ok, here's the deal. RL'r Opo (Rudy) took one of Magdaddy's Rennsport stickers and paid a LOT of money to a company named Brammers Athletic Wear near where he lives in Texas, to turn it into a cap logo with the intention of making it available for all Rennlisters to order their own versions.
I, of course, wanted a cap with a Speedster on it so ... I paid a little bit more money to have that artwork done and had a few hats made (summer wear, winter wear .. you know, a guy can't have enough caps, right? .. )
Then, I thought .. 'but what about the Cabriolet folks.. ' So ... I paid a wee bit more and modified the Speedster artwork for a Cabriolet logo and Darin from FDM is having the first one made as we speak and I've posted the artwork below to give an idea of what that will look like.
So, all three types of 993 outlines are available for the front of the caps, Coupe, Cab and Speedster, and all the appropriate Porsche badge logos are also availabe for the rear .. Carrera, Carrera S, Carrera 4S, Speedster, Speedster S, whatever you want. Almost any color of thread can be ordered for the car outlines and logos and they can be mixed and matched. I've posted 3 types of caps here from Brammer's supplier to choose from to keep things simple .. The caps with logos run about $20 each plus shipping
Order Directly from Brammer's Athletic Wear
Preston is the name of the guy Rudy first contacted at Brammer's Athletic Wear and here's the phone number: (281) 391-1441 and the sales desk email is: sales@brammers.net
You will need to specify a cap style and model number, size if applicable AND the color/colors of the cap and thread used for the different outlines and logos. They'll do whatever you can think up!
Here's the different styles of caps ..
Wool/poly:

Two layer light mesh:

and a light athletic micro-mesh:

And here's some pictures of some of the caps that we've ordered so far:
And here's the new Cabriolet artwork that is already set up at Brammer's .. Cap photos will be posted as soon as Darin's new hat is ready
So, that's our story and we're sticking to it. Order Caps at will ..

geeez, give a guy an inch...and he takes a mile!
Just kidding guys, great job(s). Love the look! I'm stuck deciding between a few color combo's.
Thanks to Rudy for taking this on, and JP for the additional flair.
Now, if only we can get a t-shirt maker, and a banana hammock maker to complete the wardrobe set!

..Oh, and if that's a Forest Green Cabriolet you've got there .. we'll be needing you to start a new thread and post some pictures of that ASAP. :-)

I talked to Preston on the visors.
According to him the cab stitching is too big for the front of a visor, but the Carrera logo he can do. Bummer! No wind in my hair (singular).
Is that the Rennlist hardtop coupe look or the "Carrera" written script he is talking about?
