It's Moffat Time!
As a continuation to this thread, I've completed and shipped this contraption to Vancouver's finest.
Tim and I discussed exactly what he wanted in his evolving "Porsche Room" - hopefully this allows him to keep track of the hours as he and his neighborhood yodels swill beer.....
It's a 993 engine fan, which I stripped/primed/painted/clear coated. The fan is mounted to a base made of 1/4" steel plate, a short section of 3/4" steel pipe, and a small. formed steel 'cradle'. I built this to outlast Rennlist.
Tim - I thoroughly enjoyed building this and hope it brings many years of enjoyment!

There's an empty nail hole on my shop wall these days....
That can be arranged.
Thank you, Sir.
Thank you, Mr. Feline.

Just came in the door and saw this thread. AWESOME!!! Thanks again Andreas, it looks to be EXACTLY as I envisioned. Since I already border-line stalk my mail-person, I may have to get their home phone number to check delivery status. Yippeeeeee!!!!
