From RLer gippy's "928 6 WHEEL PICKUP" thread on the 928 Forum:
Saw a couple on Google Images- I built mine in 2003 and used it as a shop truck for 3 years- sold it to a guy in Germany. Mine originally drove all 4 rear wheels with a gilmer belt from the front axle stubs to the rears. Too much dirt got into the belts though, so I took them off after about 6 months. Had to watch the shock settings, as too much in rear axle would lift the front and smoke the tires. Got a lot of looks.
From the "Another cool 928 youtube video 928 GTS truck from DW" thread:
BTW, that yellow 6-wheeler that went to Germany - the new owner doesn't even try to get it registered in Germany. He told me there is no way they would let it on public roads.
He also has the 928 body on the truck chassis - same thing. Not possible to register in Germany.

Saw this on the interwebs this morning. Apparently a crashed 930 haphazardly made into a K3 replica....
"The eBay seller of the replica says it comes with all sorts of go-fast parts from the 935, including a 500hp 3.3-liter turbo six with only a little over 14,000 miles (around 22,500 km), 17-inch BBS wheels in 275/40 rubber front and 335/35 rear, front brakes from a 930 and rear from a 928, original widebody 935 rear fenders and a custom made rear wing. "

Amethyst Metallic with Cobalt Blue Leather
Amethyst Metallic is a pretty nice color for a 964. But Cobalt Blue Leather interior.
Having known the original owner and having seen this car years ago all I can say is that the pictures don't quite portray how bright the blue leather interior is and how "bigly" (new Trump word from the first debate) that it clashes with the Amethyst exterior.
For sale at Chequered Flag,

That picture is probably a replica, unless it is the original substantially rebuilt. The original was campaigned by Krauss Motorsport and for a while sponsored by Portfolio Consulting.
Wacky for sure, but I've always liked it.
