Do you know what they placed in the black grill in place of the brake light?

I'd do this just for the Fashion Gray, since PTS was not available for me.
There is plastic "space filler" piece that can be removed from the broader louvers and popped into the break light space. Ill see if mine has a part #.

First world problem...

Hmmm... my ducktail GTS doesn't suffer from that problem, although it is unbalanced with four on the left and two on the right.

Haha yeah, my guess is that they had all of the parts ready for the Rennsport cars and when they added the factory ducktail, they likely just inserted a blank in place of that button that the other 24 cars got...

Dammit! RL just cost me another $1300.

Just ordered from Suncoast...

That last picture in the first post was the first time I've seen a silver-ish GTS with ducktail and GTS grill; I'd always thought I'd like it that way, but the visual was all I needed.

You guys are saying that I have all I need right now between the parts I have for my current silver big-slat grill and this new grill I've just ordered? I don't need to order any additional blanking plate, right?

If you have a ducktail already, the current wide louver has the blank in it right now. Just pop is out and plug it into the new thinner slats space.

Okay, great -- yes, I have a ducktail but wasn't sure if the blanking plate in my current grill is the same size as the one required for the GTS grill. Good to hear.

Exactly the same size.

Very cool. I love the way the black spokes indent slightly into the polished lip of the wheel.

As do I -- I've always maintained that I'd be fine with the black wheels on the GTS if they had polished rims like this (or like 997GTS). Just something to let you know there is a border somewhere between wheel and tire.

I had a Boxster SE 550 years ago whose OEM wheels had a sorta similar cool intrusion of spokes into barrel. Barrel and rim were regular silver, spokes were Seal Grey.

Default Tail - man

Nice work with the upgrades. I was told I could not change anything and still feel incredibly blessed to get my Rennsport. LOVE the fashion grey. Cheers!

Stunning car. Was at Rennsport 5 when they launched this vehicle and fell in love with the color. Very NICE....
