That's because you need to set that stuff up (next oil change). And you can edit your mileage. I edit mine weekly. After a while, it's pretty close. How would it know your actual mileage? You have to tell it.

As for the recalls, on a car (Nissan) I bought in November, the app told me about a recall (belt buckle) at least a month before the mailed notice.

Recall or service action? The DME reprogramming discussed here appears to be a service action. Does it notify you of those? In my case for my 2015 GTS, it showed no recalls. It said nothing about service actions.

Recalls.

I don't know about service actions.

It's very subtle and unfortunately can only be felt by your backside. It doesn't show up on the tach so it's difficult to capture on video.

Here is the detailed writeup I made for my dealer as I've been trying to address this issue: https://i.imgur.com/gpSL2rb.jpg
Those sound a lot like the symptoms I had when my intake valve was going bad. If you take the engine cover and stuff off and turn the engine on, you can see the butterfly valve shake very slightly. With a shakey valve, the throttle position is constantly off from what the computer wants and is constantly trying to correct it.

Do you have a part number from the invoice?

Was this done under warranty? If so, how did you get your dealer to investigate this enough to find the issue?

The warranty had already expired, it took the course of a couple visits complaining about the issues until I started getting engine faults which they were able to investigate.

I had my entire throttle body (which includes the TPS) replaced, and I can confirm that it made absolutely no difference.

Do you have a PDK or manual? I still get the PDK stumble sometimes still but don't have any clutch engaged stumble anymore.

With all the talk about computer update, since I was going to be near the dealer anyway, I scheduled an appointment to have it done tomorrow morning on my 2013 C4S.

I've had the intermittent stumble/hick-up issue (in the 2-3K RPM zone) so we'll see if it's a fix.

would you guys mind describing the stumble in a bit more detail for a p-car newb? not sure if i'm experiencing it or something different.

often times when traveling in second or third gear (not certain), approximately 35-45mph, if i depress the gas pedal a few inches, there seems to be a dead space where the engine doesn't respond or feels bogged down. it feels like a material lack of low end grunt, similar to significant turbo lag. i typically have to depress the gas pedal much further, which usually results in the pdk downshifting and the engine finally responding.

not certain if that makes sense but thought i'd give it a shot. tia.
