Drivers side vents now only blow hot air...
But passenger side still responds to AC settings. I assume this is a failure of some sort of heater core valve.
Has anyone had their drivers side cents get stuck on an ultra hot setting?
This is on a 2015 GT3.

Well clearly this question clearly isn't as interesting as an options spec debate.
OK here's another question: does anybody know if the valves in the heater core that control making it hot require coolant to be drained / re-filled when they are replaced / serviced?

I had a similar issue. Passenger side heater would not work, just blew cold air. The warranty repair was to replace the actuator for the shut off valve for the heat exchanger. The dealer had the part in stock and said it was a fairly common problem.

I've got another variation of the same (30s/40s here in Chicago):
- In the morning, after leaving my heated garage (~65), the heater only blows cold air, even after car water/oil is fully up to temp, for my 25-30min ride into the office.
- In the morning after leaving my gym (no heated garage), the heater only blows cold air for ~15min after car is up to temp, then kicks on about 10min from my office.
- In the evening, after leaving my office (car parked outside), heated generally comes on after 5-10min, even before car is up to temp.
I assumed it was somehow related to the thermostat, as when the car is 'warm' from heated parking, it won't blow warm, but when the car is 'cold' from outside parking, it will... Any other thoughts? I'm tracking some data before bringing it in.. As described, it's not 100% to be happening when I bring it in...
