Default Trunk capacity 991 Turbo and GTS

Can it fit a large check in suitcase or only a carry on size? Can it fit more than one?

Check in: 29.0" x 20.0" x 13.0"
Carry on: 22" x 15.75" x 9"

Not sure, but don't forget about the backseats.

I don't think you can fit a check in, but definitely a carry on. I'm an airline pilot and I fit my carryon and a small backpack. If you fold the seats down though, you have plenty of room in the back.

On GT3, same chassis as GTS and turbo. I have a pca club racing duffle (large rectangle), and a costco suite case that fit just fine. Suite case goes in first, and the duffle on top. The key is to have the last bag be soft. I can get some measurements tomorrow.

Note that the AWD models (Turbo, C4GTS) have a slightly smaller trunk than the non-AWD ones (C2GTS). Not sure about GT3, but since its RWD, I expect it would have the larger (but not large) trunk.

A carry on should fit comfortably in the Turbo. For a check-in, I think you'd have to use the rear seat; not ideal.

Carry-on will fit in the TT's frunk, no problem. Can't imagine a suitcase the size of a checked piece of baggage will fit (I was never brave enough to try).

C4s - same as turbo: only one Costco slightly oversized 22" carry on

C2s - same as GTS: two of the same bags

The AWD eats up just enough space to cut the capacity. That being said it was close enough that if we purchased slightly smaller "22 inch" bags we could probably get two in the frunk. Don't recall trying a 29" bag but don't think it would fit.

Do what we did - take some pillow-filled luggage to the dealer and try it. We've done this with a number of cars just so we knew for sure.

C2S is listed at 145 liters of capacity while the C4S/GTS/GT3 are all listed with 125 liters of capacity in the frunk. The GTS/GT3 use the widebody from the C4 I believe so that's why they all share the same frunk regardless of whether they're RWD or AWD. The Turbo body is even wider than the C4 body and I'm not sure what the frunk capacity is but I'm guessing it would be similar to the C4 at 125 liters. As for exact dimensions I think you'd need someone with the actual car to measure for you.

(I believe the GT3 RS is listed at 125 liters for the frunk which uses the Turbo body so I would think a Turbo/Turbo S have 125 liters as well)

This is precisely how the 997(.2) GTS is set up. That is, regardless of the designation (GTS or GTS4) the front cargo space is the same. In addition to it being a wide body issue it is also a four wheel drive concern Obviously the non-4 GTS coupe/cab doesn't need the mechanicals in the front and PAG chose not to redesign the front cargo area to take advantage of a very small amount of extra space. Very little benefit and costly to re-design (easier to use the same molding).

This bag fits perfect in the C4S. Large enough for me to pack work boots and enough clothes for a week + and the frunk still has enough room for a back back carry on.
