I have a platinum silver 991, and I am trying to wrap the hood, roof, mirrors and the top part of the rear spoiler in Carbon Fiber. What do you guys think? Would it be good? or would it be too much? I originally just want to do the hood, but thought it might be cool to do the roof, spoiler and mirror as well.

Please don't do it, will look cheap and ricer-ish. Why cover up your beautiful paint with some fake looking carbon fiber vinyl?

To each their own of course but on your stunning 991 covering anything in vinyl will look like crap IMO...

It's your call of course but that's a helluva nice car to be putting stickers on! I think it looks spectacular the way it is. If you decide to go ahead, put up some pictures so we can see it.

Maybe just do the hood? Should be very cheap too, if you don't like it, easily peel it off.
