I'm planning to take delivery of a GTS towards the end of summer 2015 and would like to know the factory closure dates, but I have searched the web and cannot find them. Thanks in advance for the help.

I was in the same place earlier this year and could never find the exact dates. You should just assume it's the calendar month of August.

Picking up your car is early September is better anyway. The weather is still nice and the Europeans are back at work and off of the roads!

I believe that Porsche Leipzig closed for summer vacation from July 21st to August 17th in 2014. I would think that Porsche Zuffenhausen was also closed on those dates...but I am not certain. But that gives you an idea of the time period in the summer that PAG normally closes for regular assembly production, factory tours & European Delivery, although the factory remains open for maintenance & 'line' improvements.
